FCA DRIVEABILITY PROGRAM Under the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Driveability Program, FCA offers up to $1,000 in conversion rebates for all Chrysler (excluding Pacifica Hybrid), Dodge, Jeep, Ram or FIAT models. FORD MOBILITY The Ford Accessibility Program/Ford Mobility Motoring Program offers a variety of adaptable vehicles with up to $1,000 in reimbursements on adaptive equipment. HONDA CUSTOMER MOBILITY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM The Honda Customer Mobility Assistance Program provides up to $1,000 in reimbursements to customers buying and installing adaptive equipment on new Honda vehicles bought or leased from a licensed Honda US dealership. Note, Acura is owned by Honda but has their own dealerships. We could not find updated information about any Acura Mobility programs. | |
GENERAL MOTORS MOBILITY All new Chevrolet, Buick, Cadillac, and GMC vehicles may qualify for up to $1,000 in mobility reimbursement, if mobility-related equipment such as grab handles, pedal extenders, or hand controls are permanently installed for a driver (or passenger) with a permanent disability. In addition, GM also gives two years of the OnStar Safety plan and Remote Access plans. | |
TOYOTA MOBILITY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM Toyota’s program gives customers a reimbursement of up to $1,000 for any adaptive equipment or conversion installed on one of their bought or leased new vehicles. It also applies to Toyota Factory Installed Auto Access Seats, for which they rebate the full $1000. Adaptive equipment must be installed within one year of the purchase or lease in order to qualify, and should be submitted for reimbursement within 90 days. | |
LEXUS MOBILITY PROGRAM Lexus Mobility Assistance offers up to $1,000 for buyers of a new or wheelchair-accessible converted Lexus vehicle, to offset the costs of buying and installing certain mobility equipment. Leased vehicles would, of course, require advance approval prior to any equipment installation. You can download the Lexus Mobility Assistance application here. | |
VOLKSWAGEN MOBILITY ACCESS PROGRAM The Volkswagen Mobility Discount provides up to $1,000 towards the purchase and installation of various adaptive equipment, to include lifts, hand controls, pedal extensions, and other eligible equipment. They recommend contacting your local dealership for exact details on how to apply. | |
VOLVO MOBILITY PROGRAM Volvo’s Mobility program will reimburse up to $1,000 toward adaptive equipment for qualified vehicles, as well as up to $200 for alert hearing devices. The maximum total reimbursement can’t be over $1,000, however. Volvo recommends that customers have an assessment completed prior to making any purchase, unless customers already know what they’ll need. |
